1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing from PetrolBib or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. Products
PetrolBib products are handcrafted from genuine leather in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, grain, and finish should be expected and are not defects. Product images are representative but may not perfectly match the item received.

3. Proper Use & Fit
PetrolBib is designed to fit specific filler neck sizes as described on our product pages. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify their vehicle's filler neck size and compatibility prior to purchase and prior to each use. PetrolBib must be properly fitted and secured before fueling. Improper fitting, sizing, installation, or use is not the responsibility of PetrolBib or its makers.

4. Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetrolBib and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damage to your vehicle, paint, fuel system, or any other property arising from the use, misuse, improper fitting, or installation of our products. PetrolBib is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. Use of PetrolBib is at the customer's own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PetrolBib's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. PetrolBib is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

6. Returns & Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference. 

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to the PetrolBib name, logo, product designs, photography, and written content, is the property of PetrolBib and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Eligibility
By purchasing from this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are purchasing with the consent of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
