Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
PetrolBib products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During high-demand periods or new colorway launches, processing times may be longer, we'll note any delays on our site or via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. PetrolBib is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Available shipping options and their tracking capabilities are shown at checkout, please review your selected method carefully, as our standard/basic shipping option may not include full tracking visibility.

4. International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL eCommerce. Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout as part of your order total, so there should be no additional customs charges upon delivery. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout based on your destination. PetrolBib is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing beyond our carrier's control. Please note that in rare cases, destination customs authorities may still assess additional fees outside of our carrier's calculation, any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking
Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders shipped with a tracked method will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. Orders shipped via our basic/standard option may have limited or no tracking visibility; if tracking matters to you, please select a tracked shipping method at checkout. International tracking visibility may also be limited once a package leaves the U.S., depending on the destination country's postal system.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any required customs/postal information for international orders. PetrolBib is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders returned due to address errors.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
PetrolBib is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at admin@petrolbib.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll work with you to resolve it.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed and prepared quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Contact us as soon as possible at admin@petrolbib.com and we'll do our best to accommodate the request before shipment.
