We stand behind the quality of every PetrolBib. Here's how returns work.
Defects & Errors
If your PetrolBib arrives with a manufacturing defect (engraving error, hardware issue) damaged in transit, or we shipped you the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Wrong Size Ordered
Ordered the wrong filler neck size? We'll exchange it for the correct fit within 14 days of delivery, provided the unit is unused, unmounted, and shows no fuel exposure. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Exchanges only, no refunds for sizing changes.
Final Sale
Once a PetrolBib has been mounted or used at the pump, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Fuel exposure, fingerprints, or any sign of use void return eligibility, this is expected, functional wear, not damage.
The following are also final sale and not eligible for return:
- Sale, clearance, or limited colorway drops
- Custom or personalized/engraved units
All Sales Final After 30 Days
All claims, defects, wrong items, or exchanges, must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are final and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.
What's Not a Defect
PetrolBib is handcrafted in small batches from genuine leather. Natural grain variation, minor color differences between batches, and the patina that develops with age and use are inherent characteristics of the material, not manufacturing defects.
Care
Following our care instructions (damp cloth cleaning, leather conditioner, no soaking or machine washing) helps preserve your PetrolBib. Damage from improper care is not covered under this policy.
